It is forbidden to take photos inside Christiania, a self-proclaimed autonomous neighborhood founded by squatters in the 1970s at the danish capital. These photos were all taken outside the ‘Green Light District’.

  1. This area has been much discussed during the years. The views have been both negative and positive. I have been to Copenhagen many times but I never visited Christiania. Love your photos!

    • thank you for your comment! I believe these ‘freetowns’ are very interesting because usually show alternative lifestyles and promote culture! for example, during my stay in CPH I had the chance to see some live bands for free in Christiania eheh regards! PedroL
